Instructs personnel in the techniques of rifle marksmanship and supervises them in rifle practice.
Explains sight setting, and use of wind gauge, sling, and score book. May instruct in use of other small arms. Must be thoroughly familiar with the theory of rifle marksmanship. Must be a competent instructor.
