Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs electrical fixtures, apparatus, control equipment, and wiring used in alarm, light, or power systems of buildings or other construction projects.
Splices and insulates wire, installs conduit, tests circuits, isolates and corrects defects. May install and repair electric motors or generators. Must understand basic electrical theory.
